We operate a Hybrid work environment, Tuesday-Thursday in the office, and Monday and Friday at home ! Lunch is usually provided on the days in the office.

Job requirements

Affiliate Manager Role Purpose:

This role will report directly into the Head of Acquisition and will be responsible for the development and management of the Oval Affiliate programme. This role is tasked with maintaining the current affiliate partners as well as building, maintaining, and acquiring a large portfolio of key affiliate partners globally. 


Duties:

  • Build, manage and optimise the Affiliates strategy and structure for the company using previous industry experience.
  • Optimise opportunities to deliver growth through research and recruitment of new affiliates & maintain strong relationships.
  • Build, manage and maintain a high performing Affiliates database using previously acquired, high performing affiliate partners within the Forex / CFDs / Spread Betting.
  • Help to actively manage the P&L for all Affiliate activities demonstrating an in depth understanding of the value of your portfolio.
  • Operate in an analytical nature, using all partner data to establish effective affiliate campaign models to maximise profitability.
  • On-going performance reporting and in-depth analysis of activity in order to deliver against strict KPI structures.
  • Monitor affiliate activity to maintain brand integrity & ensure compliance with industry regulation and or company policy.
  • The role may require carrying out other associated tasks to ensure the successful delivery of the company’s objectives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in an Affiliate Management capacity within a similar industry (Financial services, gaming, e-commerce).
  • A willingness not only to manage the existing affiliate portfolio but also to further expand the affiliate reach in the UK and globally. Not afraid to get your hands dirty with the daily operations of a successful Affiliate strategy.
  • We are looking for someone who is driven and motivated and has the ability to act operationally and think strategically. 
  • An excellent communicator. You must be able to communicate effectively with board level management of a massive global operation.

Preferred additional requirements:

  • Previous experience with Impact Affiliate software highly desirable but not essential.
  • A previous portfolio of key affiliate partners in the financial trading sector globally would be advantageous.
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML, email marketing and ad-serving technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of excel and the Microsoft office suite.
  • Experience gained within Spread betting, CFD's or other retail financial trading products is essential.
