We operate a Hybrid work environment, Tuesday-Thursday in the office, and Monday and Friday at home ! Lunch is usually provided on the days in the office.

In this Role you will:

  • Manage on a daily basis App and Display campaigns
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify users’ needs and translate them into digital strategies

  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives to drive awareness and traffic to Oval’s app to meet business’s targets

  • Test different acquisition channels and strategies and optimize existing initiatives

  • Create and show reports of acquisition campaigns to the senior management and other stakeholders

  • Stay on top of digital marketing trends

  • Self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative problem solver - able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions

  • Extremely details oriented

  • Self-started, you don’t wait to get information and guidelines but take actions to find them

  • Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and work cross-functionally.

Job requirements


  • 2-3 years of experience in working with digital acquisition campaigns (Display, PPC, Search, Mobile app, Social, Affiliates).

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing paid advertising campaigns.

  • Proven experience of working with other departments and different marketing roles.

  • Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.

  • Experience with Excel and Google sheets.

  • Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
